Coca-Cola Israel to Market Dairy Products in Europe Print E-mail

Central Bottling Company (CBC) of Israel will begin marketing dairy products in Bulgaria and Romania in cooperation with the Mueller German dairy group. CBC is the official bottler for Coca-Cola is Israel. It owns Tara, a dairy producer in Israel, since 2004. Mueller owns the biggest and most advanced dairy farm in Europe, located in eastern Germany. CBC has signed an agreement earlier in 2007 to manufacture Mueller products in Israel.

Coca-Cola Increases Stock Dividend Print E-mail

The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company today approved the Company's 46th consecutive annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend 12 percent from 34 cents to 38 cents per common share. This is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.52 per share, up from $1.36 per share in 2007. The dividend is payable April 1, 2008, to shareowners of record as of March 15, 2008.

Coca-Cola North America to Debut Caribou Coffee Print E-mail

Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) and Caribou Coffee announced today a national launch of a new line of premium ready-to-drink iced coffees beginning this month in Midwest and Southeast cities. Caribou Iced Coffee will be available in three flavors: Regular, Espresso, and Vanilla, and will be packaged in a unique 12 oz. reclosable Alumi-Tek aluminum bottle from Ball Corporation. The new beverage will be available at convenience stores and other retail outlets initially in Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Columbus, Detroit and Kansas City, and will be available in Caribou Coffee retail outlets in coming months.
