San Francisco Gets a New LED Coke Sign Print E-mail
Friday, 27 November 2009 20:14

For more than 75 years, Coca-Cola has maintained a large billboard sign in downtown San Francisco.  The current neon sign located atop a building at 701 Bryant Street and 5th Street, visible from I-80, will be dismantled this weekend, Nov 28-29, 2009.  The landmark signage will be replaced by a state-of-the-art LED display that will be assembled beginning December 11, 2009.  The existing two-sided sign has Coca-Cola on one-side and Diet Coke on the other.  The new display will be switched on later in December.
