The Mid-Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company plans to shutdown the operations at the Havre de Grace, Maryland site on November 23, 2009, citing constraints on expanding the 28,000-square-foot distribution facility.  Up to 50 employees may be affected, though the company hopes that some jobs could be transferred to the other facilities in the state.  Most of the volume and sales would be transferred to the Hanover distribution center, near Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
